Knee High Socks

Started this new project in mid to late September. One of my Granddaughters requested these socks for her last birthday, not quite a year ago. With the hand still healing, I told her she might get them for  her birthday next year. Just finished the first repent. I designed this pattern. I found the heart pattern and put an eight stitch cable between them. Doing both socks at the same time. She picked the dark grey and it can be difficult to knit without full day light.
