June Days - We hope the beginning of Summer Days

I decided to participate in the Two Ewes (K)not a long. It runs from May 31st to August 31st. My projects are going to be a twined rug using denim and a locker hooked rug using t-shirt yarn. If you are interested in joining us you can locate the information at  this blogspot.

So I have warped up the twining rug frame I borrowed from a friend and preparing my 1 1/4 inch denim strips.  Also reading my book from "Twined Rag Rugs" from author Bobbie Irwin, and watching YouTube videos about twinning.

I will continue to work on spinning the peach fiber. I hope it is done in June so I can ply it and prepare to knit some fingerless mitts for a granddaughter.

Also I will continue to work on my Tree of Life Afghan.
